Responsibilities

• Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)
• Update CRM with all communication and as per standards expected
• Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintained
• Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.)
• Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotels
• Have an upselling approach when dealing with clients
• Provide chain wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by client
• Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels
• Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required
• Work on external lists when required on other platforms as provided
