What You Will Do In This Role
In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. As an Engagement Manager on our team, you will :
- Onboarding Independent Software Vendors (ISV) into success, explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, opportunities and setting up engagement expectations.
- Activating technical consults and Go-To-Market Planning sessions
- Pipeline management of their ISVs through proactive outreach, to ensure they have all the support required to meet their anticipated publication dates
- Nurturing and activating through regular emails and one-on-one meetings with ISVs and track progression towards the next steps
- Troubleshooting of program-related issues ISVs might face
- Promote content, events, programs, and other desired actions
- Working in-tandem with the ISV Technical Team to support ISVs with activating their technical consultations

Are bilingual or proficient in German plus advanced EnglishHave a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related fieldHave minimum 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, 1 years (+) IT industry experienceHave sales skills – Familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.Can accurately document call outcomes and notesHave basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutionsAre fluent with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is requiredBaseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the worldStrong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business languageWhat’s In It For You
