What you will be doing

• Present and provide financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports)
• Ensure that regular meetings are held for cost reviews, budgetary control
• Lead all financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting
• Lead local finance teams
• Standardize and harmonize local finance and accounting process
• Initiate improvement projects to ensure efficient local finance processes
• Ensure local accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) are met
• Lead period closing activities for PME branches
• Collaborate with executives and directors to create business plans and track key performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and governance, including JSOX coordination
