Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory. Availability to travel within Spain based on business needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
One of our international clients is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations across Spain . This strategic role will report to senior leadership and play a key part in supporting business performance, compliance, and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure proper implementation of financial policies, internal controls, and compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, manage payables, and supervise monthly closings and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, feasibility studies, and performance analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational priorities.
- Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear KPIs and performance objectives.
- Support internal and external audits, and maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.
- Participate in business expansion projects, including financial modeling and risk analysis.
Requirements :
Salary range : Between 55,000 and 60,000 gross per year + benefits
