Senior Java Developer (Anywhere)

Responsibilities / What you will do

Qualifications

Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)

Proven hands-on Software Development experience working with the last versions of Java as the main programming language and familiarity using functionalities like Lambdas and Java Streams.

Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (e.g., JPA2, Hibernate, MyBatis).

Experience in developing applications using Spring frameworks.

Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery development processes using tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab, etc.

Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms.

Experience writing unit tests using JUnit, Mockito.

Experience building REST APIs.

Experience with other areas such as Data modeling, Docker, Kubernetes, JSF, Messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub / Sub), NoSQL, Agile methodology and Clean code.
