Job Overview

As the IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for driving forward improvements within IT services to enhance user experience in line with the wider business strategy. The role entails managing the global infrastructure estate, administering Microsoft identity management technologies, and collaborating with Security Specialists on InfoSec-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the global infrastructure estate, including servers, networking equipment, and deployment projects for new technologies / capabilities
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft identity management technologies, LAN solutions, and other critical systems
• Support Security Specialists on InfoSec-related infrastructure tasks
• Collaborate with solution implementers where expert infrastructure knowledge is required
