How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead high-impact advisory projects for key players in the electricity sector—delivering strategic insights that shape the future of energy.
• Drive business growth by identifying new consulting opportunities and cultivating a strong network of industry contacts and internal collaborators.
• Champion innovation by designing and proposing R&D initiatives with clear scopes, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Steer project success through expert contract negotiation, proposal development, and the application of advanced sales and stakeholder engagement techniques.
• Ensure project excellence by conducting thorough risk assessments and guaranteeing delivery in line with contractual commitments.
• Elevate team performance by enhancing tools and processes, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of complex projects , managing timelines, resources, and deliverables with minimal supervision while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Support contract lifecycle management , including follow-up on new solutions and services that add value to our clients and business.
