Lyra Spain are recruiting a Senior Psychologist to provide high quality and professional counselling and information support service to employees of client companies telephonically, Live Chat and through structured counselling.

This is a full time position and the job holder will be hybrid, working from home and having onsite days at Lyra Spain in Madrid. This is a shift position based in a call centre environment. These shifts include working evening or weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the first point of contact for employees accessing Lyra Spain
• Provide all the services to which the caller is entitled in a professional and respectful manner and to standards agreed with Lyra Spain
• Accurately capture all information on the database pertinent to the clinical management of the case
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and procedures as laid out by Lyra Health
• Adhere to the operational standards as set out by Lyra Health
• Provide counselling within a short-term sessional model
