We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth in the Iberian market, focusing on strategic partnerships and impactful training.
Responsibilities
Partner with headquarters to achieve sales targets through sustainable growth strategies.
Develop commercial and sell-out plans, collaborating with retailers and internal teams to optimize results.
Monitor sales data, analyze trends, and recommend initiatives to enhance performance.
Build strong relationships with store management, fostering a supportive retail environment.
Collaborate with brand managers to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff, ensuring consistent delivery of brand values, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring confidence and passion for the brand across all touchpoints.
Regularly assess training effectiveness and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications
Proven sales and / or education experience, preferably within beauty.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience delivering digital and in-person training programs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive performance.
Fluency in Spanish and English required.
