Responsibilities

• Support the application in test and production environment for 12 implemented countries
• Join the Global Billing & Payments team, a group of professionals with years of experience in the field
• Handle BAU incidents and changes to the existing implementation
• Design and implement SAP FS-CD technical solutions
• Interact with application users to establish and confirm requirements, support test execution and manage communications on deployment activities
• Review and validate detailed technical designs provided by co-workers or suppliers to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical architecture
• Estimate the effort / cost of new functionalities requested by the users
• Review the quality of project deliverables
• Train and support users
