We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead commercial strategy and business development for a fast-growing technology company at the forefront of advanced computing and innovation.
Develop, communicate, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across multiple sectors, including finance, manufacturing, energy, and beyond.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring robust pipeline generation and deal execution.
Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance management to support company growth objectives.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B technology sectors, preferably in cutting-edge or deep-tech fields, AI and / or SaaS a plus.
~ 5+ years leadership experience, with the ability to build, motivate, and mentor sales teams.
~10+ years experience in Business development or Sales experience in Engineering / Technology applications.
~ Demonstrated ability to work with C-level executives and lead complex enterprise sales cycles.
MBA desirable but not mandatory.
