We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate Legal Advisor to join our team. As a legal advisor you will mainly be responsible for daily legal activities and reporting to the legal director. Your tasks will include support and assistance with our legal team at :

Agreements review and drafting : support by drafting and reviewing a wide range of real estate contracts : AMA, DMA, PMA , NDA.

Corporate secretary matters : managing board matters , proxies, record keeping, attending , and drafting minutes for board of directors and general meetings. Annual accounts, bookkeeping services, etc.

Corporate governance : companies’ incorporation, board of directors’ changes, bylaw amendments, SHA, share transfers, dissolution, powers of attorney, shareholders contributions etc.

Real estate investment : participate in new initiatives and investments relevant to the business units : shadow equity agreements, joint ventures, facility agreements,
