Responsibilities Drafting, management and processing of all types of corporate documentation (Minutes of the different types of Administrative and Management Bodies, General Meetings, etc.) for relevant corporate structures.
Preparation, monitoring, management and processing of the group's power of attorney structure, appointment and revocation of positions, and various structural changes.
Follow-up, organization and processing of documentation before relevant public and private bodies, Commercial Registries, Notaries and other entities; direct dialogue with these entities; coordinate actions and offer practical and effective solutions.
Carry out drafting and interlocution in both Spanish and English; the lawyer must have an excellent level of English.
Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administrative tasks as required by managers or clients.
Your profile University degree in Law
2-3 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Law
Advanced level of English (C1 minimum), both spoken and written
Team spirit, ability to build strong client relationships, and initiative to act when appropriate
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
