Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in backend development. Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Python, Go, or Node.js. Strong experience with backend frameworks like Django, Flask, or Express.js. Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases. Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with AI / ML concepts and experience working with machine learning models. Experience with message queues and event-driven architecture (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable server-side applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement security and data protection best practices.
- Design and manage database schemas and data models.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
