Join to apply for the Senior Backend Developer role at Adikteev . Adikteev fuels the app ecosystem by inspiring users to engage with the apps they know and love. Specializing in user retention, we grow in-app revenue and build user loyalty with custom retargeting and CTV campaigns.

Operating globally from Paris, San Francisco, and Seoul, Adikteev has grown to over 100 employees and achieved 60% revenue growth this year.

The ADIKTEAM values ownership, agility, purpose, and collaboration. We’re looking for a skilled Software Engineer passionate about building scalable systems and improving product performance in a fast‑paced adtech environment.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of our products, especially ads bidding and user segmentation;
Team up with Backend, Frontend, Data Engineers, SREs, and Product Managers to enhance our platform, improve performance, and revitalize outdated services (migration or redesign);
Ensure code is high‑quality and maintainable;
Create innovative development practices to promote high‑quality software, strong test coverage, peer code review, continuous integration, and rapid deployment;
Select the right tools and tech to keep everything running efficiently and reliably;
Keep our code in check and manage technical debt while addressing daily scaling challenges;
Focus on scalability (technical and business) to minimize technical debt.

Qualifications

Strong experience with NodeJS or Go;

Worked on large‑scale systems, service‑oriented architecture, or caching systems (in‑memory, distributed);

Experience with high‑performance and / or low‑latency systems;

Understand stream processing architectures;

Experience maintaining or operating production systems;

Knowledge of at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Applicants must maintain residency and be legally authorized to work in France or the European Union to be considered for this position.
