Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Software Developer to be based within the Madrid office.

Main responsibilities within the Software Developer position include :

• Develop server side applications in Java and / or C#.
• Manage various projects to integrate Tradition’s trading and back-office systems with exchanges, clients and other 3rd parties.
• Continual enhancement and evolution of core services and the platform’s service oriented architecture.
• Ensure security, compliance, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in various countries and troubleshoot backend issues.
• Develop with a test-driven approach, employing established design and architecture principles.
• Strong involvement with performance and failure testing.
