Hr Specialist Job Description As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to line management, overseeing the onboarding and offboarding process of employees, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities Consults with line managers to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
Ensures a seamless employee lifecycle management process, from recruitment to departure.
Manages employee certificates, maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
Develops and implements human resource plans, work processes, and service standards that align with business objectives.
Interprets and develops HR policy guidance to support business decisions.
Provides assistance to international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
Maintains accurate HR system data, ensures digitalization and supports process improvements.
Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or above in a relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in overseas HR work is preferred.
Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Spanish languages is required. Additional languages may be an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
