About The Job

As the Science Finance Performance Lead, you’ll be at the heart of Opella’s innovation engine — the Science Hub — which drives regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and medical activities with a €180 million budget and ~700 headcounts across 4 Development Centers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and enabling data-driven decisions that fuel our R&D and innovation efforts.

Main Responsibilities

• Be a Business Partner for Science Team.
• Support Science teams in their decision-making process based on sound judgment, finance expertise and business acumen.
• Partner with Science teams to provide a financial perspective on the analysis and evaluation of opportunities.
• Lead ad hoc projects.
