Role Overview
Operations Builder – The Ops Builder core responsibilities are to build and strengthen our operational capabilities and scale our platform efficiently to handle fast growth, cost optimisation and product diversification.
Responsibilities
Launch and iterate on new services made to scale fast.
Push for automation and efficiency gain of our processes.
Set up monitoring for a granular understanding of our processes.
Identify risks and areas of improvement.
Improve the overall financial efficiency of our model.
Leadership & Collaboration
Bring the Ops vision in the Company roadmap.
Navigate through the different teams to make things happen.
Coach more junior colleagues.
Contribute to team development (hiring, structuring, etc.).
Examples of previous Ops missions
Building an automated AI based concierge service – member shares some constraints in app, we ensure we can programmatically call clinics to book an appointment matching their requirements.
Building automations to ensure we order our member cards in a batch way to reduce our costs while ensuring a delightful continuous delivery.
Handling tactical and strategic discussions with our current third‐party administrators.
Required Experience & Skills
At least 3 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
High level of structure and strong analytical skills (including SQL fluency for data analysis).
Capable of building automations (Zapier, n8n...).
Strong in launching and steering projects by setting high‐level vision and monitoring day‐to‐day progress.
Strong at optimizing processes while never compromising members' delight.
Comfortable in fast‐paced environments, dealing with uncertainty proactively.
Love to collaborate with transversal teams, not afraid to be hands‐on nor to challenge past decisions.

Based out of France, Belgium or Spain.
Target level on our grid : C0‐D.
