Responsibility
- Assist the technical team in handling daily technical inquiries from customers and partners.
- Support product installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct product functionality and compatibility testing and document test results.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Support on product demonstrations, technical presentations, and PoC projects.
- Communicate and coordinate with headquarters and regional technical teams to follow up on technical issues.
- Perform other technical support activities assigned by the team.

- Major in electronic or related field.
- Strong learning capability and problem analysis , solving capability.
- Good at Spanish and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Good communication , coordination capability and strong logical capability .
