About The Role

is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Madrid. This is an entry-level commercial role focused on outbound sales and new client acquisition in the Spanish market. We are looking for candidates who are eager to build a career in tech sales, enjoy speaking with clients, and are motivated by targets and performance. You will work closely with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them discover how can support their digital growth and international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients in the Spanish market through outbound sales activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Present solutions to SMEs and explain platform benefits clearly and effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales and activity targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Customer Success and Marketing) to ensure accurate understanding and execution of client needs, enhancing satisfaction and retention.
• Keep CRM and sales activities updated accurately.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and expand market reach.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field,
• 0-2 year of sales experience in experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in Spanish/French and English. xcskxlj
