Quantity Surveyor
ProSource are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading building contractor who are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of projects across Europe. This role is based on a major project in Spain and offers an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level Quantity Surveyor to gain valuable international project experience with a well-established contractor.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
- Support the commercial team in managing subcontractor packages
- Assist with procurement, tendering, and contract administration
- Monitor project costs and support cost control measures
- Assist with valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction xcskxlj Management, or related discipline
- 1–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience working on construction projects is essential
