Team Lead Accounting ARAP Energy- Energy (fmd)

Join Axpo Services EMEA in Madrid and help shape a collaborative and high-performing accounting this role you will combine operational accounting expertise with people coordination in an international energy business.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and support the local Accounting Energy team in Madrid

• Act as the main contact for organizational and employee-related matters on site

• Support vacation and absence planning in close collaboration with Swiss leadership teams

• Ensure timely invoicing reconciliation and maintenance of accounts receivable processes

• Manage accounts payable activities including invoice posting payment runs and account clearing

• Contribute to compliant and efficient accounting processes in line with internal controls and regulations

What you bring & who you are:

• Degree in accounting business administration or a related field

• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

• SAP user knowledge and very good Excel skills

• Ideally experience with Hyperion HFM Tagetik or other MS Office applications

• Strong communication problem-solving and self-management skills with a collaborative mindset

• Fluent English skills and German at B2 level or higher
