Who we are

We were established in HK in 1998 by someone who understood the value of an airport lounge and felt that the experience shouldn't just be limited to a closed-circuit group of travelers. JOB SCOPE

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all stewarding operations to ensure the Food Production Areas maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization. This role involves managing the team of stewards, controlling inventory of cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment, ensuring adherence to HACCP and Local Food Safety standards, and supporting kitchen operations by maintaining smooth logistics between kitchen and service areas.
