Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and client meetings to subscription closure.
  
• Manage free trial processes.
  
• Handle auto-assigned leads.
  
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team after subscription.
  
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
  
• Handle approximately 80-100 outbound calls per day.

Requirements

•

• Native or bilingual Polish
  
• Native or bilingual English
  
• Must already reside in Spain
  
• 1-6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, or outbound prospecting)
  
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
  
• KPI and metrics-oriented
  
• Availability aligned with the US time zone
