Network Development Manager
About the Role
The Network Development Manager will oversee and inspect dealerships within their assigned region to ensure compliance with corporate standards. Their mission is to optimize dealer performance, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth.
- Conduct regular assessments of dealerships to verify adherence to corporate standards regarding facilities, processes, service quality, and brand image.
- Evaluate dealership performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with dealers to address non-compliance issues or performance gaps.
- Support the implementation of corporate guidelines, ensuring consistent application across the network.
- Maintain close communication with dealers, fostering strong partnerships and serving as the primary point of contact between the network and headquarters.
- Prepare regular reports on assessment results, performance indicators, and improvement measures for senior management.
- Analyze regional trends, competition, and network potential to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in network development, retail operations, or dealership management, preferably in the automotive sector.Detailed knowledge of auditing processes, operational standards, and retail performance management.About Our Organization
