About beamian
beamian is a European event-technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds of events through smartbadges, lead capture, check-in, on-site printing and data insights. We’re scaling fast and opening the Spanish market as a key next step.
We are looking for a high-potential Business Development Manager who not only drives revenue growth, but is also eager to grow into a leadership role as we expand our footprint in Spain.

- Take full ownership of building and expanding our presence in Spain (priority : Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia).
- Develop relationships with universities and their career services offices, professional trade fairs, and corporate event organisers / agencies .
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate and close deals , creating long-term partnerships with clients.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and execute the go-to-market strategy .
- Lay the foundation for a future local team , with the opportunity to take a leadership role as we grow in Spain.
What you’ll do

Are a sales hunter with 2–5 years in B2B sales (event tech, ed-tech, HR tech, SaaS or adjacent).Have experience (or strong interest) selling to universities / career services, or job fairs / professional fairs / corporate events.Speak native Spanish and are fluent in English.Are ambitious and want to grow into a leadership role as the business scales.Are persistent, organised and driven by results .Enjoy startup culture , where effort and merit are recognised and success depends on what each of us brings to the table.What we offer
