They operate in close collaboration with manufacturers, processors and OEMs, developing technical solutions, quality improvements and sustainability initiatives for the plastics value chain.
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with hands-on experience in polymer processing or packaging technology .
The role will support customers across Europe, providing process expertise, managing quality cases, and contributing to operational excellence and sustainability projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, technical capabilities and business model.
- Provide technical assistance to customers across Europe, focusing on plastics processing and application support.
- Analyse production issues and propose improvements such as waste reduction, weight optimisation and cycle time efficiency.
- Investigate and manage quality claims, document findings and ensure proper follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Support internal quality and compliance initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in sustainability-related projects involving raw materials, processes and supply chain partners.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging technology, polymer processing, injection moulding, extrusion, or technical management within the plastics industry.Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or a related technical field.Strong problem-solving, analytical and results-oriented mindset.Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and engage with customers and internal teams.Fluent English (spoken and written).Additional European languages are a plus.
