Senior Product Owner | Network & Infrastructure Platforms

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner / Platform Product Manager to lead the planning, prioritisation, and delivery of network, infrastructure, and hardware platform services within a complex global environment.

The role requires a strong combination of technical platform knowledge, SAFe delivery, backlog ownership, hardware lifecycle management, and stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog and translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead/support SAFe PI Planning and coordinate across Agile Release Trains.
• Manage the complete hardware/platform lifecycle — deployment, maintenance, upgrades, releases, and retirement.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, releases, and delivery across multiple teams and vendors.
• Oversee QA, testing, validation, verification, and UAT.
• Manage stakeholders across business, engineering, infrastructure, and global delivery teams.
• Communicate roadmap, PI objectives, priorities, and delivery progress.

Key Requirements

• Senior Product Owner/Product Manager experience within networking, infrastructure, hardware, or technical platforms.
• Strong hands‑on SAFe, including PI Planning and ART coordination.
• Hands‑on Jira experience for backlog management, planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise network and infrastructure platforms.
• Proven hardware lifecycle and release management experience.
• Experience coordinating QA, testing, validation, and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management within global, cross‑functional environments.

Nice to Have

• Distributed team and external vendor management.
• Global engineering or Operational Technology (OT) environments.

• Drive System Strategy: Serve as the global Technology PT Product Owner for Learning Management technologies (specifically Cornerstone on Demand), effectively translating complex business requirements into standardized technical solutions.
• Manage Lifecycle & Governance: Direct the entire system lifecycle‑including upgrades, system replacements, and retirements‑while strictly adhering to established change management processes.
• Shape Product Roadmaps: Partner closely with the Global Learning Solutions (GLS) team to define product vision, align roadmaps, manage feature backlogs, and prioritise system enhancements.
• Ensure Compliance & Data Stewardship: Act as the dedicated Business Data Steward, ensuring unwavering GxP compliance, strict data governance, and adherence to global quality policies.
• Lead Cross‑Functional Teams: Mobilize and lead high‑performing, cross‑functional teams spanning global Learning departments, business stakeholders, IT partners, and validation functions.
• Optimize Processes & Systems: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage deviations and CAPAs, and oversee master data validation within validated quality systems.
• Govern the Learning Ecosystem: Manage the integration and structural nuances of the learning ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow, reporting, and interface connectivity across global manufacturing and commercial sites.

Who you are

• You possess deep technical expertise: You bring 7+ years of experience in Learning Management technology and platform management‑specifically Cornerstone on Demand‑ideally with Roche Super Admin‑level competency.
• You are an expert in regulated environments: You possess a strong understanding of database management, data analytics, and software validation within validated or controlled pharmaceutical/healthcare environments (GMP, FDA, GxP).
• You are strategically and academically qualified: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field (or an equivalent qualification like a Federal Diploma of Higher Education) combined with a proven track record in formulating long‑term computer system strategies.
• You are an Agile collaborator and communicator: You are highly skilled at utilizing Agile methodologies and possess exceptional communication skills to convey technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Base salary range:228,9 ,100.00 PLN gross per year (~19, ,425.00 PLN gross per month) based on an employment contract (UoP). (Note: Salary range applicable for Poland; candidates in other locations will receive a local market offer).
• Annual target bonus:20% based on individual and business performance.
