Events Manager

As Events Manager you will oversee the planning and execution of international meetings - from coordinating logistics and managing vendors to supporting budgets travel compliance and postevent processes. Youll ensure smooth wellorganized events and serve as a key partner to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Full-time employment - hybrid in Madrid or remote in Spain

You will:

• Prepare and attend international events
• Manage meetings conduct management and troubleshooting
• Communicate with internal and external clients on meeting planning budgeting organization conduct and follow-up
• Conduct market research with regards to destinations/venues for project meetings
• Oversee travel arrangements for the meetings attendees
• Review contracted vendor invoices and the payment process
• Provide data related to Investigators Meetings and other project meetings expenses to the finance team
• Oversee investigators reimbursement payments
• Oversee online registration system maintenance
• Oversees compliance with country-specific policies regarding interactions with Health Care Professionals
• Estimate meeting costs for potential or existing contracts

Qualifications :

• College or University degree
• At least 5 years of experience in events organization and management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Full working proficiency in English
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
• High level of responsibility and customer orientation
• Ability and desire to travel abroad
