We're looking for Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers specialized in Python and Django, with experience across different projects and environments, but above all with a strong desire to keep growing.

Responsibilities:

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Python and Django following best practices.
• Participating in the design of clean, scalable, and maintainable architectures.
• Reviewing and improving code to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Mentoring teammates and helping them grow professionally.
• Sharing knowledge and best practices across the team.
• Proposing new ideas, technologies, or process improvements that create real value.
• Contributing to cross-company initiatives (training, innovation activities, etc.).
• Taking ownership of the software you put into production and ensuring it meets our quality standards.

Requirements:

Must-have:

• Strong experience with Python and Django.
• Experience with Celery and Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Good understanding of clean, scalable, and maintainable architectures.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and tested code.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to propose ideas and solutions.
• Lean-oriented way of working.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
• Focus on creating value and continuous improvement.
• Desire to learn, teach others, and share knowledge.

Nice to have:

• English level sufficient to communicate with international clients and teams.
• Interest in cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with AI, or curiosity to learn and work with it daily.
• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Experience mentoring and helping others grow.
