HR Services Manager
for our headquarters in
Madrid . Mission
The HR Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing key HR operational services and ensuring the efficient, high-quality delivery of HR processes that support both the employee experience and business needs.
This role combines HR operations management, process improvement and stakeholder collaboration, with responsibility for core services such as hiring administration, benefits management and HR Help Desk. The position will also contribute to HR transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, standardization and service quality. The role reports to the Head of HR Operations and leads a small HR services team.
Functions Oversee the delivery of key HR operational services, including hiring administration, benefits management and HR Help Desk. Ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently and with high service quality across the organization. Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for HR services within scope. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and Spanish labour regulations. Identify opportunities to improve HR governance, processes and systems. Lead and support HR operations improvement initiatives and transformation projects, focusing on efficiency, standardization and automation. Promote best practices in HR service delivery and operational excellence. Ensure high levels of data accuracy and reliability across HR systems. Ensure HR services are delivered with a strong employee-centric and customer-service mindset. Act as a key operational contact for HR-related queries and service delivery topics. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to ensure HR services effectively support organizational needs. Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions that improve employee access to HR services. Lead, coach and develop a small HR services team. Foster a collaborative, service-oriented and continuous improvement culture.
Minimum requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Experience in HR operations, HR services or HR shared services environments. Solid understanding of payroll processes and labour relations fundamentals. Experience participating in or managing HR process improvement or transformation projects. Experience working with HR Business Partners and interacting with business stakeholders. Spanish level C2 and English level C1.
Valuable requirements Postgraduate degree in HR, Business or Labour Law. Experience leading small teams. Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
