This role sits at the core of our asset management function in Spain with direct responsibility for the performance strategy and optimization of a regional portfolio.

You will play a key role in driving value across assets through hands-on management commercial negotiations and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

This is not a purely reporting role it is a highly operational and strategic position with real ownership and impact on portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Asset Management

• Take ownership of a portfolio of assets within Spain ensuring performance value creation and long-term optimization.
• Define and execute asset strategies aligned with broader regional and global objectives.
• Monitor portfolio performance identifying risks and opportunities to enhance returns.

Leasing & Tenant Management

• Manage relationships with tenants and site providers acting as the primary point of contact.
• Lead lease negotiations renewals and extensions to optimize revenue and occupancy.
• Support commercial initiatives such as site expansion revenue share agreements and contract renegotiations.

Financial & Operational Oversight

• Oversee financial performance of assets including budgeting tracking and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of billing payments and contractual data in coordination with internal teams.
• Monitor key contractual milestones including expiries and renewal timelines.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for landlords partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal finance operations) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Support junior team members and contribute to overall team performance.

What Were Looking For

Required

• Experience in real estate asset management property management or portfolio management.
• Strong exposure to leasing tenant negotiations and contract management.
• Experience managing or supporting real estate portfolios with a commercial focus.
• Solid understanding of financial performance budgeting and asset optimization.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Preferred

• Experience in telecom or infrastructure-related real estate assets.
• Experience within established real estate advisory property management or investment platforms.
• Exposure to multi-asset portfolios (logistics offices retail infrastructure).
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced hands-on environment with a high level of ownership.
