Product Manager - Hotels Reservation Centre

Key responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap Planning :

• Define and lead product strategy for Service Center and other Guest Facing products.
• Translate the product strategy into a concrete execution plan / product roadmap to ensure fulfillment of short, mid and long-term business objectives.
• Source and shape priorities from across the organization and target customer base to develop and maintain a product roadmap that delivers continuous business impact and value.
• Proactively communicate with key stakeholders (Sales, Operations, R&D, etc.) and maintain the pulse of the changing customer and industry demands and influence overall commercial strategy for new product enhancements and capabilities.
• Ensure alignment of internal roadmap and priorities with 3rd party partner priorities / roadmap for an aligned execution plan.
• Drive co-innovation with customers to validate customer value drivers, define features of the products (MVP and beyond), and prioritize based on effort and expected business value.
