Overview
The Lead Field Service Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Endeavour equipment. This position demands exceptional agility, professionalism, and trustworthiness with confidential information, as well as adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct on-site quality control for the installation of Endeavour products, guaranteeing adherence to set standards.
- Perform all necessary preventative maintenance and service tasks for clients.
- Respond promptly to emergency issues when on call.
- Monitor service software closely to ensure timely completion of services.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of Endeavour equipment.
Requirements
A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems for mission-critical infrastructure, including data centers, healthcare, or industrial facilities.Proven expertise with chillers and CRAH (Computer Room Air Handler) units, encompassing installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.Baseline circuit analysis and troubleshooting skills for electrical components.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.Fluency in English and Spanish, with additional European languages being a significant advantage.Skills
