Senior Motor Control Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motor Control Engineer to lead the development of advanced motor control algorithms for next-generation electric vehicles.

Main Responsibilities :

• Design and implement complex motor control strategies, including Field-Oriented Control (FOC) and Maximum Torque Per Ampere (MTPA)
• Develop and optimize torque, speed, flux, and current control loops using embedded C / C++ programming
• Model and simulate motor control systems in MATLAB / Simulink, then bring designs to production hardware
• Validate performance through dynamic testing and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) simulations
• Pursue efficiency, performance, and smoothness across the full operating range
