Quedan 3 Días : Reception & Attendance Specialist

In CTGE we are looking for an Reception & Attendance Specialist to join our Administrative Office team and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and support in different tasks :

Chinese Delegation management :

• Providing information and itinerary preparation before the arrival of delegations.
• Responsible for arranging vehicles, accommodation, dining, etc. required for the reception of delegations.
• Coordinating and supporting relevant departments during the delegations' stay in Europe.
• Responsible for relevant budget application and subsequent reimbursement work in our SAP system.
• Responsible for recording and archiving relevant information after the reception of delegations.
• Other administrative work related.
