The opportunity refers to the Team Leader position that plays a key role in supporting the Head of HVDC C&C Site Support in ensuring that allocated teams within a department have leadership, a common voice, proper delegation of tasks, and the excellence of their deliverables and activities.

How you’ll make an impact

• Monitor deliverables, ensuring timeliness, quality, and compliance.
• Align team goals with department mission, vision, and targets.
• Delegate tasks and manage workload distribution.
• Coach, mentor, and support team development.
• Address individual team member needs or escalate to the department Head.
• Promote a respectful, open-door culture and identify stress-related issues.
• Collaborate on training plans and development needs.
• Raise team concerns and follow up on resolutions.
