We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analysis Intern to join a growing international team. You will work on real projects that help improve recruitment processes, candidate analytics, and business performance insights. Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize data from different HR and recruitment systems.

Assist in creating reports and dashboards to track performance and KPIs.

Analyze data to identify trends, correlations, and areas for process improvement.

Support data migration and quality control tasks.

Collaborate with the operations and recruitment teams on data-driven projects.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

Student or recent graduate in data analysis, statistics, business analytics, or related field.

Basic understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in an international, collaborative environment.
