Facility Management Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of our facility.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in maintaining facilities and managing operations.
Maintenance Coordination :
Coordinate overall maintenance activities, including HVAC systems, pressure lines, and auxiliary systems.
Preventive Maintenance Planning :
Develop and implement annual preventive maintenance plans for machines and equipment.
Contract Negotiation :
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure compliance with aerospace, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key Qualifications
Degree in Engineering :
Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience as Facility Manager in an industrial environment.
Knowledge and Skills :
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and pressure lines. Proven experience in contract management and preventive maintenance planning.
