✨ Your Role : Business Consultant

This is a high-impact, dynamic role where you will act as an internal consultant, driving strategic and operational transformation. You will be responsible not only for structuring solutions but also for implementing them from end-to-end . You will collaborate closely with high-level stakeholders, balancing strategic thinking with rigorous execution.

What You'll Do (Focus on Implementation & Strategy)

Drive Implementation : Design, document, and actively implement new processes, governance frameworks, and policies to ensure organizational scalability.

Strategic Analysis : Analyze complex data sets, extract actionable insights , and propose business improvements that directly impact profitability.

Project Ownership : Take ownership of cross-functional projects, managing execution and ensuring timely delivery of results to the leadership team.

Leadership Support : Prepare investor-ready pitch decks, performance dashboards, and conduct strategic market research.

Operational Excellence : Support daily operations and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to push growth initiatives forward.

What We're Looking For

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a similar field.

Experience : 2–4 years of relevant experience , ideally in management consulting or in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.

Consulting Mindset : Strong analytical skills and proven ability to structure complex business problems into clear, executable plans.

Hands-on Attitude : A bias for action; comfort in not just recommending solutions but personally driving their implementation .

Adaptability : Proven comfort working in agile, rapidly changing environments and managing competing priorities under pressure.

Language : Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level minimum) , both written and verbal, for daily use with a multicultural leadership team.

Conditions & Logistics

Mandatory Requirement : The selected candidate must be willing and able to relocate to Dubai, UAE, immediately .

Location : Inspiring office in JLT, Dubai.
