This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Contract Negotiator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the success of utility-scale renewable energy projects. As a seasoned professional, you will lead all contractual and commercial activities, ensuring the effective negotiation, management, and administration of contracts.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and issue RFQ packages for Preliminary and Early Works, HV Works, Civil Works, Electromechanical Works, and additional services as required by the project.

Oversee the clarification process with bidders during the tender phase, ensuring timely resolution of queries to maintain competitive and compliant offers.

Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, aligning commercial terms with project objectives in coordination with Legal and Procurement teams.

Supervise the drafting, review, and execution of contract documents and annexes, ensuring consistency with company policies and legal compliance.
