Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24 / 7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.
Edge is becoming a key strategic piece for the digitization of our offers. Within the Ecostruxure Platform Strategy team, and inside Intelligent Edge organization, we’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and skilled System Engineer to build robust and reliable Edge Services (Cloud and On Premise).
This team is a transversal one, in charge of testing, delivering and supporting Edge Platform, composed of several Software Domains. Activities in this team are spread out between end-to-end tests (validation testing), LoB on-boarding activities on Device and Application Management, and support escalation (Level 4). As System Test Engineer, you will be part of those activities, with a specific focus on L4 support :
What will you do?
Investigate issues raised by LoB, analyze flows from the device to the cloud before requesting fix to the proper team
Work deeply with support L3 teams (EcoStruxure Technical Platform – EcoOS-), EcoOS Key
