As we continue to grow, we are searching for a new Quality Assurance Specialist to join the Quality Assurance team in our Spanish business unit. This person will collaborate closely with the Technical Product Management department and work directly with Software Developers. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a truly global, dynamic team and have a positive impact on the L&D tech industry from day one.
What you'll do
- Assure the quality of the products within an agile development environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the products and tools
- Participate through the whole product life cycle, from specification to deployment
- Prepare and execute test plans and test cases for new features and products
- Support root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions
- Become an expert on the product and act as a consultant in the team
