Quality Assurance Director

Overview :

We are looking for a visionary leader to join our team as a Quality Assurance Director . In this role, you will oversee the entire quality management process across all global operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversight of design, implementation, and monitoring of quality management systems at manufacturing facilities worldwide
• Setting and enforcing standards to align with regulatory requirements and customer expectations
• Developing and implementing strategies to ensure continuous improvement of quality performance
• Leading cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
• Collaborating with supply chain management teams to identify and mitigate risks
• Conducting audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Providing training and development opportunities to improve quality skills and knowledge
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain expertise

Requirements :

Minimum 7+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in a leadership role

Proven track record of improving quality performance and reducing defects

Expertise in quality management systems, including ISO 9001

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work effectively in a matrixed organization

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications

Ability to travel internationally (20-40%');
