DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our purchasing, invoicing, and logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations by coordinating with suppliers, managing financial transactions, and streamlining logistics processes.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across departments.

Responsibilities : Purchasing :

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely availability of materials and products.
• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
• Place POS to vendor.
• Optimization of process within our system NS.
