Take your career to the next level as a Software Engineer .

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, maintainable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across scripting, integration, incident management, and stakeholder support. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.

Minimum Requirements :

Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP).
Familiarity with programming languages suitable for building maintainable and production-ready applications (e.g., Java, C#, Go, C++).
Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud-native solutions (e.g., Kubernetes, microservices).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing.

What Will You Be Doing?

Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments.

Collaborate in cross-functional teams, utilizing multi-skilled contributions across areas.

Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives within Agile frameworks.

Ensure high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and excellence.

Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing product value.

Engage in continuous learning and process improvements.

Support continuous integration with automated build, test, and deployment processes.

Promote transparency and coordinate efforts with other teams.

Mentor and support team members, fostering collaboration.

Take collective ownership of the product, sharing successes and failures.

Participate in team-building activities to foster positive dynamics.
