As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payrolls to our clients. This role requires a high level of expertise in payroll systems and processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Taking ownership of complex payrolls and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Leading audits and handling escalations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Providing training and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Requirements :
6+ years of experience in Nordic payroll, with strong exposure to complex payrolls, audits, and process improvements.Strong knowledge of payroll systems and advanced Excel skills.Continuous improvement mindset and ability to handle escalations.Fluency in Swedish and English; knowledge of other Nordic languages is an advantage.Benefits :
