Talent Attraction & Employer Brand :

• You will conduct recruitment processes to attract and select top talent for our opportunities in a timely manner.
• You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• You will define sourcing and hiring strategies for each position as well as the evaluation process.
• You will manage job postings, screenings, and conducting interviews.
• You will proactively recruit using internal databases and social networks.
• You will support the improvement of strategic internal recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• You will organize and participate in recruiting / employer branding activities.
• You will ensure an excellent candidate experience by following our employer branding guidelines throughout the entire talent attraction process.
