The Safety Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Group Chief Safety Officer to ensure the efficient management of safety reporting, documentation, and compliance activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate safety records, supporting safety management processes, and enabling effective communication between operational teams and the Safety Department.

📍The selected person may be based in Spain (Alicante) or Portugal (Lisbon).

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Safety Administration & Recordkeeping

• Maintain and update the Safety Management System (SMS) databases and registers.
• Track and monitor the closure of safety actions, corrective actions, and recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date copies of relevant safety manuals, procedures, and policies.
